  • NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms and conditions of a Promissory Note, dated February 3, 2012, and the Deed of Trust of even date, securing said Promissory Note, recorded in Book 1419, page 712, et seq., in the Register's Office of Roane County, Tennessee, executed by Jennifer L. Jordan and husband, John Jordan, conveying certain property described therein to J. Arnold Fitzgerald, as Trustee for the benefit of Robert M. Witty, Trustee and Ann C.
