  • NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE WHEREAS, by Deed of Trust, Assignment of Leases and Rents and Security Agreement recorded in the Register's Office for Roane County, Tennessee, in Record Book 1043, Page 13, DONALD L. WYRICK d/b/a IDEAL PLUMBING COMPANY, and DONALD L. WYRICK and wife, SHERRI L. WYRICK, conveyed to KEN YAGER, Trustee, the hereinafter described real estate to secure a debt owed to ROANE COUNTY.
