Race St., Suite 8 Kingston, TN 37763 November 8, 2016 ELECTION INFORMATION FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Voting Machine Inspection Scheduled The Roane County Election Commission will inspect the voting machines that will be used during early voting and on Election Day on September 7th, 2016 at 9:00 A.M. at the Roane County Courthouse. Candidates, party representatives and members of the press are invited to attend this meeting. After the voting machines have been examined, the county election commissioners will seal the exterior case of all voting machines. The seal numbers and all other seal numbers will be recorded and sent to the state coordinator of elections. Early voting machine exterior case seals will be removed on the first day of early voting but not before.
