  • NOTICE OF SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE'S SALE WHEREAS, by Deed of Trust dated December 14, 2006, JERRY L. KEENEY, CAROL DAY KEENEY and CAROL DAY, did convey in trust to Greg Leffew, Trustee a certain tract of land to secure payment of a debt in the principal sum of $26,000.00 (the "Note"), payable to FIRST BANK OF TENNESSEE, of record in Book 1208, Page 807 et seq., Register's Office of Roane County, Tennessee.
