SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF SALE WHEREAS, ROY J. DASHEN and wife, URSULA R. DASHEN, executed a Promissory Note, payable to JEFFERSON FEDERAL BANK dated June 22, 2007, in the original principal amount of $62,900.00 (hereinafter referred to as the "Note"), which Note is more fully described in and secured by a Deed of Trust to David M. Tilson, Trustee, dated June 22, 2007, of record in Book 1237, Page 264, in the Register's Office for Roane County, Tennessee, to which reference is here made (the "Deed of Trust"); and WHEREAS, GREGORY C.
