TRONSOR, Defendants CASE NO. 2014-86 ORDER OF PUBLICATION Comes the plaintiff, Bayview Financial Property Trust, by and though its undersigned attorney, Maria Yoder of Wilson & Associates, P.L.L.C. who states as follows: 1. Plaintiff initially filed this action on June 27, 2014, whereupon summons was issued by this Court for service upon the defendant, Adam E. Tronsor, at the address of 608 W. Strang St., Rockwood, TN 37854, as is reflected in the record of this case. 2. On July 23, 2014, service of summons and complaint was attempted on Adam E Tronsor via private process server at said address; however, the service package was returned with a notation because the property was vacant. 3. On September 6, 2014, service of summons and complaint was attempted on Adam E. via certified mail at 167 Roberts Ln., Spring City, TN; however, the service package was returned with a notation address does not exist. 4. On October 24, 2014. service was again attempted on said defendant via certified mail at 608 W. Strang St. Rockwood, TN 37854; however, the summons was again returned with a notation "not deliverable as addressed, unable to forward". 5. Plaintiff has performed a diligent search on the internet in an attempt to gather any information (e.g., address, telephone number) as to how to make contact with defendant, Adam E. Tronsor, but said internet search failed to yield any useful information whatsoever which has not attempted. 6. At this time, the whereabouts of defendant, Adam E. Tronsor, cannot be ascertained with any reasonable degree of certainty, as determined by plaintiff upon diligent inquiry. 7. Plaintiff's records do not contain a current address for the defendant, Adam E. Tronsor, which has not been attempted. 8. Service by publication in Roane County News should be allowed for defendant, Adam E. Tronsor, pursuant to T.C A. 21-1-203 and T.C.A. 21-1-204 WHEREFORE, THE COURT HEREBY ORDERS: A. That personal service on defendant, Adam E. Tronsor, shall be dispensed with; B. That the Court shall allow service by publication on defendant, Adam E. Tronsor pursuant 21-1-203 and 21-1-204; C. That service by publication shall run in Roane County News for four(4) Consecutive weeks; and D. That defendant, Adam E. Tronsor, must answer or otherwise respond to the Complaint in this action within thirty(30) days of the fourth week of publication of theirs Order and if he does not answer or otherwise respond, a default judgement may be entered against said defendant.
