  • NOTICE OF SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE'S SALE OF REAL ESTATE WHEREAS, on September 04, 2007, Robert Daniel Strickland, Sr. and wife, Sherry Strickland, a/k/a Sherri Strickland, by their Deed of Trust recorded on September 05, 2007 in Book 1246, Page 873, in the Register's Office for Roane County, Tennessee, conveyed the hereinafter described real estate to Billy Rice, Trustee, to secure the payment of one promissory note in the amount of $42,400.00, payable to Citizens First Bank, dated September 04, 2007, to which Deed of Trust reference is hereby made; and WHEREAS, the owner and holder of said Deed of Trust has appointed Pamela P.
