A nice young man, T.J. Thomas of Harriman, is going to be working here at Victorian Square for a while as a resident assistant. After a little visit he said he needed to get back to work.
Visiting Josephine McKinney from Crossville was my daughter Nina Swafford. She came to tell me her daughter, Carrie Dobbs, is doing OK  after having flu-like symptoms for over a week, and is back teaching second grade at Stone Elementary.
I received a beautiful quilt made by my friends from Glenn Alice. It was handmade with love for my 91st birthday by Mickey Smith and Margaret Baker. Friends like these are kind, loving and caring. I love them both very much. You are welcome to come to Victorian Square and see my beautiful quilt.
Kim and Lisa Green visited Eula and Burl Swanner. They planned to have Thanksgiving dinner with Jim and Lisa Crabtree.
Several folks enjoyed an early Thanksgiving dinner at the home of Steven and Bonnie McKinney. Those present were Shirley Byrd, Alma Mullins, Josephine McKinney, Jeff and Carmon, Grace and Abby McKinney.
