Accusations traded over property

One of Teresa Kirkham’s Facebook friends may investigate if any wrongdoing occurred when she lowered an appraisal for Dr. Clary P. Foote.
District Attorney General Russell Johnson has requested that Robert Lee, the general counsel for the Tennessee Comptroller of the Treasury, “initiate a review or single parcel audit” on the appraisal of the Regions Bank building in downtown Harriman.
Lee and Kirkham are friends on the Facebook social network.
Foote purchased the building from First States Investors 4200 LLC in January for $280,500.
