Eric Glenn Gallaher was released from the Roane County Jail at 12:25 p.m. on Friday.
Gallaher, 32, was charged with reckless homicide last July for allegedly killing David Harvey outside the Grill & Pub near Harriman.
Gallaher was released from jail on July 25, 2011, on a $50,000 bond.
The bond was later revoked because of a DUI arrest in Knox County, and Gallaher was returned to jail on Nov. 3, 2011.
Gallaher’s lawyer, Donice Butler, made a motion to have his $50,000 bond reinstated.
