Activist, environmental journalists arrested at TVA's Kingston plant

TVA police arrested three people, an environmental activist and two reporters from an environmental publication, at the Kingston Fossil Plant Wednesday afternoon.

According to an e-mail from TVA community relations official Katie Kline to the community action group formed after the Dec. 22, 2008, ash disaster at the plant, "TVA Police found the three offenders in and on top of ash-loaded rail cars located on tracks adjacent to the middle road entrance to plant."
