• Ernest Paul Bright, 30, 720 Elm Ave., Rockwood: two counts violation of probation, two counts possession without prescription. Total bond $8,000; court date Feb. 4.

• Jennifer Nicole Clemons, 22, 116 Martin Road, Harriman: Knox County hold.
