Arts Council to meet Thursday in Kingston

The Arts Council of Roane County welcomes area artists or anyone interested in the arts in Roane County to attend its next meeting.

The meeting begins at 6 p.m. April 26 in Kingston Public Library at 1004 Bradford Way.
