Babahatchie Band to perform free concert

Babahatchie Community Band will perform in its final indoor concert of the season at 3 p.m. April 10 in Harriman High School auditorium.

The concert, featuring movie scores, will be rich in contemporary music that will likely be listened to hundreds of years from now.

The band will perform the scores from “The Lion King,” “Dances with Wolves,” “Titanic,” “Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory” and “Beauty and the Beast.”

Admission is free.
