Bad-burger caller a no-show

Donna Marie Nichols, a Roane County woman who gained national attention after she allegedly called 911 over a bad hamburger, was a no-show in General Sessions Court on Monday.
Nichols, 50, was scheduled to appear on a charge of abuse of the 911 system.
Rockwood police said Nichols called 911 twice on March 28 to complain about the hamburger she purchased from Hardee’s.
