Barger extends career; to play for Lady Raiders

After helping lead her team to three straight state tournaments, Oliver Springs’ Brooke Barger will be playing college basketball close to home next season as the Lady ‘Cat wing has signed scholarship papers with Roane State.

“I’m pretty happy,” Barger said. “Roane State feels like home. The girls there are awe-some and I’ve played against most of them in the past. It’ll be good competition for me.”
