Big innings lead Tigers past Waves

With former Rockwood head coach David Lane now an assistant at Roane State and four Tiger players having already signed scholarships to play for the Raiders this fall, it’s no wonder that the Tigers felt at home Thursday in their 16-7 victory over Midway in a game played at Roane State.

Technically, Rockwood was the visiting team, but that didn’t matter as the Tigers scored 15 runs in the second and third innings to put the game away.
