Harriman attorney Spence Bruner should soon see his rights to practice law restored.

He recently attended an appeal in front of a panel of the Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility, who recommended Bruner be allowed to return to practice without restrictions on April 20.

The panel recessed five minutes before returning and recommending Bruner return to full practice, said a release from Bruner’s attorney, Chris Cawood.

The Supreme Court must sign an order to reinstate Bruner.
