The Tennessee Supreme Court has suspended Harriman attorney Spence Bruner from practicing law for 90 days.
“Mr. Bruner’s unethical conduct violated Rules of Professional Conduct 3.2 (expediting litigation); 3.4 (fairness to the opposing party and counsel); and 8.4 (misconduct),” a Feb. 4 press release on Bruner’s suspension said.
The Court of Criminal Appeals had Bruner arrested after he failed to show up for a hearing on Sept. 18, 2012.
