Charlotte Lillian Mondlak Fitch

Charlotte Lillian Mondlak Fitch, 83, died Tuesday, May 8, 2012, in Tennova Residential Hospice, Halls.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Theodore Edward Fitch; her parents, Kasimirus “Casey” Mondlak and Lola Nelson Mondlak; and a son, Theodore Edward Fitch Jr.

Survivors include a son, Bruce Edward Fitch, Oliver Springs; and a daughter, Cheryl Fitch. 

Funeral service was at 8 p.m. Thursday, May 10, in  Sharp Funeral Home chapel, Oliver Springs.  Burial will be Friday, May 11, at Hillcrest Cemetery,  Dry Ridge, Ky.
