Cherokee and Midway Middle School met for the second time this season Thursday night at Midway.
Cherokee’s girls picked up a sweep after a 29-7 victory, but Midway’s boys earned a split when they held off the Yellow Jackets for a 33-28 win.

It was an easy night for coach Ashley Brackett’s Lady Jackets as they won every quarter and played a lot of players.
Cherokee led 10-2 at the end of one with Kaylee Wilson and Piper Nunley scoring two hoops each.
