FRIDAY, OCT. 19
• Rockwood United Methodist Church will have its two day Christmas bazaar in the church at 801 N. Kingston Ave. Bazaar hours are from 5 to 9 p.m. Friday and start at 9 a.m. Saturday. A potato soup/chili meal on Friday is available for $6. Handmade items and baked goods are among the sale items offered during the bazaar; a couple of auctions are also planned. SATURDAY, OCT. 20
• Dogwood Baptist Church, Kingston, will have a singing beginning at 7 p.m. The White Oak Trio will be featured. The church is on Dogwood Valley Road.
• Harriman First Presbyterian Church will have its Love Kitchen from 5 to 7 p.m. in the church at 601 Clinton St. Free food and bingo are among the attractions.
 
SUNDAY, OCT. 21
• The adult Bible class of Roane Church of Christ, Kingston, will study “Warnings Against Idols” at 9:30 a.m. The worship service sermon, “Covenant Relationship With God,” will be delivered at 10:30 a.m. The church is at 1204 S. Kentucky St.

MONDAY, OCT. 22

• Voice in the Wilderness Ministries, Rockwood, has a free “Walking in Health/Praying for the Sick” class at 7 p.m. each Thursday at the church at 201 W. Rockwood St., Rockwood. SATURDAY, NOV. 3
• Grace Community Church, Kingston, will have a free seminar on the U.S. Constitution, Our Constitution: A Godly Design, from 9 a.m. to noon. (Postponed from Oct. 20.) The seminar will be taught by Ray Morgan, a retired U.S. Air Force pilot and ROTC instructor, in the church at 438 W. Race St.

TUESDAY, NOV. 6
• Rockwood First Presbyterian Church’s Women’s Association will have its annual Tasters Luncheon from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the church fellowship hall at 429 W. Rockwood St. Tickets are $5 and can be purchased from any woman in the church or at the door. Money raised will benefit church and mission projects.
