Coalfield shocks Lady 'Cats, 58-47

COALFIELD - A long district winning streak is over for Oliver Springs. Coalfield ended the Lady Bobcats’ 22-game win streak in District 4-A action with a convincing 58-47 victory in John Jackson Memorial Gymnasium Friday night.

It was only the second district loss for the defending Class A runner-up Lady ‘Cats since they dropped down to Class A back in 2005-06 season, and only their second district defeat in their last 63 games dating back to the 2002-03 campaign.
