Coalfield steps up in 3-way

ROCKWOOD - Coalfield started off slow, but ended with a bang at Rockwood during a three-way scrimmage against Rockwood and Pigeon Forge last Thursday evening.

In varsity work, Coalfield earned a 1-0 win over Class AAA Pigeon Forge and ended up with a 2-2 stalemate against Class AA Rockwood.

First-year head coach Keith Henry likes the direction his Coalfield team is headed after a couple of scrimmages under their belt.
