Robert Stoll will be back before Judge Mike Davis Thursday morning for a hearing to determine if there's probable cause to send him to the Grand Jury on two counts of second-degree murder.

Stoll is accused of firing a shot into a car fleeing from his property on Monday, Feb. 11.

At the time Sheriff Dennis Ledbetter said the shot came after an alleged attempt to steal a radiator. That shot is believed to have resulted in the deaths of 25-year-old Jessica Hatmaker and her unborn child.
