But the battle that led the two Roane County municipalities to the state’s highest court on Wednesday is not what’s on the Moses Lane woman’s mind.
What’s troubling her is problems with her driveway, which she said washes away due to improper drainage along adjacent Hwy. 70 near Midtown Motel.
