Fee system could be in store for Kingston

Discussion of ways to generate more money in the city of Kingston took up a good chunk of time at the city council work session last week.

“We need to consider areas where we can require user fees,” Councilman Brant Williams said.

These are fees that are applied to city facilities and requires the person who uses the facility to pay.

“We would just pass those fees on to people that use those services,” Williams said.
