Caney Fork: Fishing is good. Several small rainbows and brooks are being caught on flies from the dam to Betty’s Island. A few nice rockfish are being caught near Carthage on top water baits in the late afternoon.
Center Hill: Fishing is slow. Water temperature is 81 degrees. Lake is fairly stable. A few bass are being caught on drop shots in 25 feet of water on points. A few crappie are being caught in sunken brush piles on minnows in 20 feet of water. Walleye fishing is very slow.
