William Thomas “Bill Tom” Ferguson turns 90 years old today, April 13.
His birthday will be celebrated with a gathering at 2 p.m. April 16 at his home at 211 Ferguson Lane, Kingston.
No invitations are being sent, but all relatives and friends — especially any World War II veterans — are invited to attend. The family requests birthday cards only.
Ferguson grew up on a farm, and his family said he still thinks he needs to work from daylight to dark.
He enjoys music and loves to dance.
A Pearl Harbor survivor, Ferguson witnessed World War II from beginning to end.
He is a lifetime member of Shriners, Masons, Veterans of Foreign Wars and Disabled American Veterans.
An avid walker for many years, Ferguson is a retired TVA machinist.
