JACKSBORO - It is hard to beat a good team three times in a season, let alone play the same club three times in one football season. Coalfield found that out the hard way as they dropped a 20-0 loss to the Grace Christian Rams in the TMSAA Class A East Championship Game Saturday at Jacksboro.
The Rams (10-1) avenged their only loss of the season, while halting Coalfield’s winning streak at nine games. The Jackets defeated the Rams 14-6 earlier in the regular season and also came away with a victory in the jamboree at Rockwood in the pre-season.
