Several downtown property owners within the Harriman Center City Redevelopment and Urban Renewal area learned in writing that they met at least one category of blight.
That means they have to take action to stop proceedings that could cost them their property.
The blight elements vary from simple debris and vegetative overgrowth to structural damage.
The owners had until June 6 to respond to the Harriman Redevelopment Advisory Committee.
