Harriman Happenings: Dec. 17

The Music Department of Roane County Schools presented Roane County High School and Cherokee Middle School bands last Sunday, Dec. 9. The sixth-, seventh-, eighth-grades and high school bands were the best. This Christmas concert was well attended. A great number of people had to stand, because all stands were full. This was my first time attending. I was guest of my friends, Nora and Mark Hightower of Oliver Springs. Their daughter Molly, played drums in the high school band. They all were great.
