Hattie Hughes

Hattie Hughes, 86, of Midtown, died Sunday, Oct. 28, 2007, in Roane Medical Center, Harriman.

A member of Swan Pond Baptist Church, Harriman, she was a retired Harriman City Hospital nurse.

She was preceded in death by her husband, George Lee Hughes.

Survivors include daughters and sons-in-law, Shelby and Paul Morton of Kingston and Linda Hughes Garrett and Allan Garrett of Johnson City; son and daughter-in-law, Ronnie and Reba Hughes of Albertville, Ala.; nieces, Jenny Stanford, Bonnie Stokes and Shirley Truitt; eight grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
