Horse club organizing

A Roane County 4-H Horse Club is organizing.
An informational meeting will start at 7 p.m. Sept. 7 on the third floor of Roane County Courthouse, Kingston.
The club is open to horse enthusiasts in grades 4-12; meetings are twice a month on Tuesdays.
