Howard pumps in 45 in win

Harriman’s Xavier Howard put on a show Friday night as he pulled in an eye-popping and jaw-dropping 45 points for the Harriman Blue Devils en route to a 78-67 win over the Carter Hornets.
Carter took the early 16-14 lead at the end of the opening period, but Harriman used an 8-0 surge at one point in period number two to help them wrest the lead from the Hornets to take a 29-24 halftime lead.
The tag team of "The X-Factor" Howard (16 points) and Chris Works (13 points) led the way for Harriman in the first half.
