A hearing is scheduled in Roane County Chancery Court on Friday, March 7, regarding a motion for injunctive relief that the county has filed against former constable Mark Patton. Injunctive relief means the county is asking the court to restrain Patton from “threatening, harassing, intimidating, or coming about” the defendants in his lawsuit against the county. The county is also asking the court to restrain Patton from doing the same to local law enforcement officers.
