Johnson, Barksdale counselors at conference

Darlene Johnson and Carrie Barksdale represented Sevier Drive Church of Christ, Harriman, during the 35th Tennessee State Youth Conference in Nashville.

The Churches of Christ of Middle Tennessee was responsible for last month’s conference, which began at Strader Lane Church of Christ and concluded at Nashville’s Music City Sheraton.

“What Message R U Sending,” from Matthew 5:14-16 and 1 Timothy 4:12, was the theme of the conference, which was attended by 1,200 youths and their parents.
