Kingston adds pipeline along Gallaher corridor

Kingston Council members are considering another major waterline project — this one in anticipation of commercial development along the Gallaher Road corridor.
Council placed a project to increase flow to that area on its February meeting at this month’s work session.
The project is similar in several respects to the ongoing second phase of the Gallaher Road Sewer project.
In that project, after the initial phase had been completed, the city still had several hundred thousand dollars in grant and low-interest loan monies available from the government.
