It wasn’t easy, but the Oliver Springs Lady Bobcats downed the Oneida Lady Indians 53-49 Friday night in a game that decided the regular season district title between the two teams.
With the victory, the Lady ‘Cats also claim the No. 1 seed and first round by in the District 4-A Tournament that started Tuesday. With the bye, the Lady ‘Cats won’t play again until Friday when they take on the winner of Tuesday’s game between Oakdale and Wartburg.
