There is an old Jerry Reed song that goes "When you're hot, you're hot." And in a much-ballyhooed contest between the Oneida Lady Indians and Oliver Springs Lady Bobcats, the Lady Indians got knocked out like Manny Pacquiao as the Lady 'Cats took a convincing 62-34 win.
The Lady 'Cats set the tone early, protecting their house like Under-Armour. The Lady Indians had a bit of a pow-wow and tied the game at 12-12, but Oliver Springs scored the final five points of the opening period to take a 17-12 lead.
