The Harriman Lady Blue Devils were able to stay home for the holidays last week as Johnny Jones’ squad hosted the 2012 Jim Cordell Christmas Classic.
The comforts of home didn’t help the Lady Devils, however, as Jones’ squad picked up just one win in three games in the classic. That win came against Sunbright as Harriman downed the Lady Tigers, 59-24.
Harriman’s first two games didn’t go as well as they dropped a 64-41 decision against York Institute followed by a 60-33 setback against Oneida.
Harriman’s regular season resumes Friday when they travel to Rockwood.
