Lady Waves finish third in Jon Loden Classic

After winning the Jon Loden Holiday Classic last year, the Midway Lady Green Waves finished a respectable third place this year following a 56-17 annihilation of Monterey last Saturday night at Midway.

Midway’s boys also had a chance for a third place finish when, but would take home fourth following a 58-46 loss to Portland. 

Stone Memorial won the girls championship with a last second 48-46 win over Happy Valley. 

Cocke County ran out to a good lead by halftime and won over Anderson County 65-43 to win the boys championship.
