Largen turns attention from restaurant to Harriman city

-A A +A
By Cindy Simpson

Roane County attorney Gerald Largen sued Ruby Tuesdays over use of his property that fronts the South Harriman restaurant.

That culminated in the dismissal of the case and sale of the strip to the business for $175,000 earlier this year.

Now Largen is taking on the city of Harriman.

In a letter earlier this year, Largen contends the city has made it impossible to use his lot on Childs Road and fronting Hwy. 27 across from Harriman McDonald’s.
