McCartts accepted as third party plaintiffs

Chancellor Frank V. Williams has signed an order allowing the heirs of Pleas McCartt to become third party plaintiffs in a lawsuit against Morgan County.

The McCartts asked the Court to allow them to be third party plaintiffs in a case between Mildred and Summer Henry and Morgan County.
