Midway reverses course

The Midway basketball teams might have thought they were caught in a whirlwind. The teams seemed to completely switch positions as the week came to a close Friday against Greenback.

The Lady Waves played only their second game of the season Thursday at Sunbright and dropped a 62-55 decision after a big second half comeback. However, back at home on Friday, the Lady Waves ended a long losing streak to Greenback with a stunning 45-44 win to give first year coach Amy Woody her first career win.
