A U.S. Military Jeep memorial will be dedicated next month to Tri-County Chapter 26 of Disabled American Veterans.
The dedication will begin at 5:30 p.m. Nov. 5 at the DAV headquarters at 530 Kingston Ave., Oliver Springs.
The Jeep is similar to one driven by Oliver Springs native Fred White, who served as Gen. George S. Patton’s driver during World War II.
The dedication is in memory of White and in honor of all U.S. veterans who have served.
