Morgan suit gets new court date

Roane County Property Assessor David Morgan’s lawsuit against the Villages of Center Farm L.P. has a new trial date. It had been scheduled for the last week of September in Roane County Circuit Court, but Morgan asked for a continuance.
The new trial date is Jan. 24.
Morgan claims the Villages of Center Farm L.P. is responsible for an ankle injury he suffered in 2006.
