Mr. & Mrs. Edmonds

-A A +A

Jessica Nicole Snow and Clint Alan Edmonds were married on Oct. 6 in Union Chapel Baptist Church, Kingston.

Pastor Ronald Nickell officiated during the 3:30 p.m. candlelight ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Ricky and Tina Snow of Harriman.

Her grandparents are Vickie Frogg of Harriman and the late Larry Frogg, and Kenny and Mary Snow of Harriman.

The groom is the son of George Alan and Debbie Edmonds of Harriman.

His grandparents are the late Elden and Pauline Mayton, Eleanor Edmonds of Harriman and the late Sam Edmonds.

Music was provided by the groom's aunts, pianist Kathy Davis and vocalist Lisa Davis.

The bride, escorted by her father, was attired in a strapless floor-length white Cinderella-styled ball gown with sequins and beading, and a corset-type top with a cathedral-length train. Her simple but elegant fingertip-length veil was held in place by a comb made of rhinestones, and she carried a bouquet of pink and orange Gerbera daises.

Haley Snow of Harriman attended her sister as maid of honor. Bridemaids were the bride's aunt, Stacy Snow; the bride's cousins, Ivory Peddicord and Amber McMahan; and the bride's friends, Aimee Conner and Tori May, all of Kingston. Lacey Airks of Kingston, daughter of the bride's friend, served as flower girl.

The bride's attendants wore orange strapless knee-length dresses with cummerbund-style waistlines, and they carried small versions of the bridal bouquet of pink and orange Gerbera daisies.

The groom's father served as best man. Groomsmen were the bride's twin brother, Justin Snow; the groom's cousins, Brian Hendrickson and Brandon Frost; and the groom’s friends, Jay Logan and Danny Gouge, all of Harriman. Ushers were the groom's cousins, Ben Davis and Samuel Davis, both of Harriman. The groom's cousin, Bryson Hendrickson of Harriman, was ring bearer.

A wedding reception at the church fellowship hall followed the ceremony. Serving were Robin Conner, Diane Vailey and the bride's great-aunt, Jeanette Riehl. Shelby Wilson of Wartburg, cousin of the bride, kept the bride's book, and Rhonda Nickell served as wedding director.

The three-tiered chocolate wedding cake was decorated with white icing, pink, orange and yellow flowers and topped with a firefighter in turn-out gear carrying his bride in her wedding gown. The groom's cake was shaped like a firetruck.

After a wedding trip to Ormond Beach, Fla., Orlando, Fla., and Savannah, Ga., the couple is at home in Harriman.
