Mt. Pisgah wins two

The Mt. Pisgah boys basketball team closed out last week with a pair of victories.

On Thursday, the Patriots traveled to Athens and picked up a 53-44 victory over Friendship Christian Academy. On Friday, the Patriots traveled to Blountville and knocked off Tri-Cities Christian Schools, 65-51.

Travis Walls’ squad built a nine-point lead at the half and made it stand in downing the Falcons, 53-44.
