NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE STATE OF TENNESSEE, ROANE COUNTY WHEREAS, Richard D. Dabbs and Anne G. Dabbs executed a Deed of Trust to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for SunTrust Mortgage, Inc., Lender and Tennessee Trust Title Co., Trustee(s), which was dated December 4, 2006 and recorded on December 13, 2006 in Book 1207, Page 705, Roane County, Tennessee Register of Deeds. This conveyance is subject to all restrictions, easements, setback lines, and other conditions shown of record in the Register's Office for Roane County, Tennessee.
