NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE STATE OF TENNESSEE, ROANE COUNTY WHEREAS, Johnny R. Arden and Lisa M. Arden executed a Deed of Trust to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for Accredited Home Lenders, Inc., Lender and Allen E Schwartz & Associates, Trustee(s), which was dated July 21, 2003 and recorded on July 29, 2003, Book 1010, Page 831, Roane County, Tennessee Register of Deeds.
