It was close but no cigar Tuesday night for the Rockwood Tigers and Lady Tigers as they dropped a pair of non district games at Oakdale.

The Lady Tigers opened the evening with a 51-39 loss at the hands of the Lady Eagles, but that outcome was much better than their first meeting this season when Oakdale rolled to a 40-17 victory.
